Welcome to Yoga classes
I am going to be offering Yoga classes for the children at Coombe day nursery school, I am a fully qualified YogaBugs and Yogad'up teacher and I am also a fully qualified and insured Massage therapist. I will be offering Yoga classes to the 1 year old and above children. I will also be offering Baby Massage to the children younger than one year. The benefits of both are listed below.
Some benefits of Yoga:

Few young children walk to school and they generally travel by car or public transport

- Yoga improves self-confidence through vocalisation techniques and postures that are designed to release day to day anxieties such as separation issues, bullying, lethargy and negativity

Some benefits of Baby Massage:
- Massage can help improve sleep patterns by inducing relaxation and contentment
- Massage can help ease the symptoms of tummy troubles -constipation, colic, trapped wind, diarrhoea etc
- Massage can help ease pain
- Massage can help boost the circulation (good for warming up cold hands and feet) and by bringing a fresh supply of oxygenated blood to the surface of the skin and the extremities, the immune system is given a boost as toxins are removed
- Using natural fruit or vegetable oils helps to nourish baby's skin, which is great for eczema and dry patches, and shouldn't upset the tummy if digested!
- Massage is fun and enjoyable for the baby
- Massage can also help baby develop self awareness of it's body
